Sometimes repair is worth it, and sometimes it is best to replace! We'll work through it together

There can be various reasons why but we can assess it together. It's usually a simple fix

Typically rotten wood is a sign of water damage and needs a closer inspection. Most of the time it's best to replace instead of repair.

Can you replace a window that's an unusual size?

We try and stick with standard size window replacements. Special orders with supply chain issues can be costly for clients, take weeks or months, and quality control can be difficult.  This would be a specific Window Contractor

There are  many situations where yes, you can replace rotten  boards without the whole deck or porch needing replacing. As long as the structural integrity of the build is solid, replacing boards from time to time is expected.
