Randy Keen
Michael brings a wealth of experience from years spent operating heavy machinery, working with power companies, HR offices, and in the trades. His hands-on expertise and diverse background have shaped him into a true problem-solver. After volunteering with Roanoke’s home revitalization projects and collaborating with top contractors in the valley, he discovered his passion for restoring homes and creating safe, comfortable spaces. Combining his Bachelor’s degree in Business with his broad skill set, Michael founded what would become KeenFox LLC. Seeing a need for licensed, trustworthy professionals in home repair, he focused on providing homeowners with knowledgeable, affordable services backed by the standards of a fully licensed contractor.
Maria brings a strong background in communications, nonprofit work, and graphic design to KeenFox LLC. Whether she’s in the field, behind the scenes managing the website and social media, or connecting with clients at events, she’s deeply involved in every part of the business. In true small-business spirit, Maria wears many hats—embracing each new challenge and adventure that comes with helping KeenFox grow and serve the community.
Randy has been a long-time supporter of KeenFox LLC and plays a key role in our growing community and volunteer outreach efforts. As we prepare to launch our outreach program in early 2026, Randy helps connect KeenFox with local nonprofits, churches, and community organizations to provide repairs and support for families in need. His dedication to people and his passion for creating enriching, comfortable spaces make him an invaluable part of the KeenFox team and mission.
